You Won't Believe How Much This Bureaucrat Was Paid to Work 4 Hours a Week

money
We all know that most bureaucrats have it made. Even if their line of work is an essential service (it's usually not) they still make way more money than the average person, are nearly impossible to fire, and can expect a cushy taxpayer-funded retirement for their (lack of) effort. But some bureaucrats make so much money for so little effort, that they put their fellow parasites to shame.

Meet Jeffrey Farrow, a career politician, lobbyist, and former presidential campaign adviser for Hillary Clinton. He is currently the executive director of the 'Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad.' The CPAHA was founded in 1985 to help preserve monuments and historically significant sites around the world, that are associated with the foreign heritage of US citizens. Farrow works a brisk 4 hours a week for this organization, and earns $143,000. If this were a full-time job, he would be raking in nearly $1.5 million a year.

Coincidentally, that's very close to the $1.3 million he makes every year in other capacities, such as being a registered lobbyist in Puerto Rico and Palau. That's pretty much what he spends 90% of his time on, and the executive director position is just icing on the cake. Truly, this is a man that all other bureaucrats must look up to. He's getting paid a 6 figure salary to do a job that almost nobody cares about, and doing so with minimal effort. He is living proof that our government is staffed by people who are dead weight on our entire economy.

  1. I worked in the hideous Fed. bureaucracy for 30+ years in the DOD.
What you described is just the tip of the iceberg.
I worked in the field. It didn't do well for family life, but it kept me away from the
    dead wood.
